Our olive oil tours are a dream tours which we strongly recommend to lovers of nature and breathtaking sceneries. These tours organized in the most suggestive regions of Italy as Rome/ Latium, Tuscany, Umbria, Liguria and Puglia makes the whole experience worth while.
These programs are planned in a way as to put time availability and the budget at each client's group disposal into full consideration.
A stay of at least three days per region is recommended.
The best time for these tours is the harvest period (November - December) and the olive pressing season, when you can taste freshly pressed olive oil on "Bruschetta" (a typical Italian toasted bread).
ITINERARIES AND GENERAL INFORMATION
During the tour our Clients will visit the ancient olive-press where the traditional grindstone method is still used. They will also see the most characteristic olive yards and those with experimental plant.
Our clients will be able to taste typical dishes in which olive oil is the basic ingredient. The tours will be accompanied by an enogastronomic guide. We also organize technical visits, meetings with experts, mini-conventions, conventions and seminars.
