“Hands-on” Cookery Course in the Chianti District

Arrival in the morning at a privately-owned castle in the Chianti district, where a mini-course on traditional cookery will be given on a chosen theme (pastas, vegetables, pulses, meats, desserts, buns and savory cakes, etc..).

Lunch featuring dishes prepared during the morning. Afternoon spent attending a mini-course on wine-expertise, with tour of the castle’s cellars and olive-oil tasting. In the evening return to hotel at tour’s end.
