A fun-filled evening with the celebrated ‘acrobatic pizzaiuoli’, with a contest of skills amongst these masters of the art of pizza-making (their artistry can make the pizza dough, at first no longer that an ordinary plate, spread to as much as 1,20 m in diameter), and generous servings of ‘the real thing’ – authentic Neapolitan  pizza served piping-hot from a wood-fuelled oven, ‘seasoned’ with fine Neapolitan folk-music and the best Campania’s wines.
